Directions for use:
Our Elixir No. 1 is not just great for healing tattoos. Our customers have found it incredible for healing all skin wounds, relief for dry skin and burns, as well as helping to clear eczema and psoriasis. It is great to use as a deep moisturiser and can be incorporated into a daily skincare routine. It’s also great for tattoo clients to use leading up to their appointment for easier tattooing for their artist, especially those who suffer from dry skin.
✧ Tip for Tattoo Artists ✧
Our skin elixir is an incredible aid to soothing skin during the tattoo process. It can help alleviate pain and swelling/bruising by being applied periodically throughout the tattoo.
✧ Tattoo Aftercare ✧
✧ For cleaning the area, a natural antibacterial soap is ideal. Wash your hands first before applying another small amount of soap. Using a gentle touch, wash down your tattoo with your hands and then rinse with running tepid water. We do not advise the use of wash cloths as they are abrasive to the tattoo and generally unhygienic (and it will hurt!). Pat the tattoo dry with clean paper towel.
✧ Apply 1-4 drops of Elixir No.1, depending on the size of the tattoo (a little goes a long way) to the skin and delicately rub into the tattoo.
✧ You can apply the elixir as needed; just ensure every time you tend to your tattoo it is with thoroughly cleaned hands! Generally, most consumers find that 2-4 times a day is appropriate however you may need to increase application when the tattoo starts peeling.
✧ General Use ✧
✧ Hold the bottle directly upside down and wait a few seconds to allow the liquid gold to drop out easily.
✧ Our Elixir can be used as part of a daily skin routine. We generally recommend 1-3 drops on the face as part of an evening skin routine.

✧ Elixir No.1 will last in the fridge for up to 12 months, nevertheless as the elixir only has natural preservatives found in essential oils we recommend using it up as quickly as possible.
